Degradation advances site electrical facilities by the passing years.
This degradation makes them recover by treatment and an operation,
and it's constructed to maintain healthy equipment.
It is said that 30 years is durable period of resting equipment, 20 years is durable period of operating equipment. We do part replacement of high-voltage incoming and transforming facilities and the refurbish construction to renew facility itself. For construction of new facility, we do design service and installation service of high-voltage incoming and transforming facilities.

There are important facilities in building, which functions by electricity, such as illumination facility, power load facility, information communication equipment, etc. We do engineering work and maintenance of wiring, distribution line and distribution board.

As time pass, degradation of facility progresses. And electrical facilities in the building which is being used for a long time reaches the lifetime. This is usually cased by long-term facility deterioration and insulation capability degradation. We do repair of all equipments in the building to maintain normal supply of electricity.
Do you experience frequent trip of breaker? May be power line is not well distributed, so that electricity is not effectively used. We propose to improve such situation. It is important to make power usage of high-voltage incoming facility visible by using demand monitoring. More energy efficient and lower cost operation is possible by maintaining basic contract rate of electric power below certain level.

The basic electric contract of the high-voltage power supply can be reduced by monitoring the electricity consumption for each 30 min. by electricity meter, and by keeping consumption stable by managing the peak load.
We are doing power supply system construction / engineering work along with installation of air conditioner, electric floor heater, garden lamp (crime prevention light), burglar camera and water supply and drainage equipment is being performed. We also do installation work of an air conditioner facility and battery charge equipment based on customer's request. The electric engineering work is positioned as important construction, because all of those equipment uses electricity as source of power.
